I’ve walked through heartbreak I didn’t plan for more times than I ever expected — the kind that reshapes your life.

As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), I bring both lived experience and structured guidance into the healing process — because helping others get “unstuck” requires more than just good intentions.

Healing doesn’t come from pretendin you’e fine or rushing the process.

It comes from doing the honest work, in a guided space where you don’t have to perform strength.

That’s why I created The Stuck-to-Steady Reset — for women who are stuck, just like I was.

Therapy and coaching serve different purposes — and both can be valuable.

Coaching is different.

Coaching is forward-focused. It operates from the belief that you are capable — even in seasons when you don’t feel steady — and helps you translate insight into action.

Some women move through therapy and still feel stuck in the “in-between” — aware of what happened, but unsure how to rebuild confidence and momentum.

    Through consistent virtual 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll build self-trust and steadiness that lasts long after the program ends.
